charming verse, isn't it a variation on the famous epigram by
Martialis about 'the good life':
Ad seipsum
?

Martialis, haec sunt.
cf. the presence of friends (pares amici; Convictus
facilis..) and a sensible wife (Non tristis torus)
and the nice turn at the ending of the wishlist:
